PIYO Strength- Sculpt- Lower Body Segment

Strength training without weights for 30 minutes! This is what Piyo SCULPT is all about. You will work your entire body without lifting weights. You will be surprised that just by using your own body weight, you will get a challenging workout and great results. This is just a 2-minute sample of the lower body portion of it. I hope you like it!!!



Piyo was the instrument that helped me recover from a back injury that put me “on my back” from Sept 2013 to March 2014! I will always be grateful to Chalene Johnson for creating this incredible program.
