3 Days to Refresh My Body - My Results

Why did I do the 3-Day Refresh?

I’ve been always a fan of cleaning out my body and I do it here and there. I was a vegan for a while (and now I am mostly vegetarian), so eating healthy is not so strange to me. During the Summer months, I was not “behaving” well regarding my eating habits and when I heard that Beachbody was releasing a 3-Day body cleansing program, I saw an opportunity that I could not miss!

My thoughts

I was very surprised how easy it was for me to go through this 3-Day experience. My biggest struggle was that I was too full! I thought I would be hungry all the time. I had an opportunity to lose 4 lbs and 2 inches in my hips (this is huge for me). I read about some people that lost 2bs and others up to 16 lbs!!! Crazy! No matter how many ‘pounds you lose, you will learn a new discipline towards a healthier lifestyle. You will feel so accomplished after you finish it, that you will want to do it again… and you know you will succeed!
