Piyo Strength - Flow

One thing I missed the most while exercising, was stretching. I just kept going and going and my results were lack of flexibility and a low back problem.
Thanks to programs such as Piyo, I am stronger, flexible, and more prepared to enjoy my active days and to achieve more while performing more strenuous workouts.
The music is also incredible and Chalene Johnson's instructions are perfect.
