Piyo Strength - SWEAT - Lower Body Segment



#PiyoStrength- SWEAT: A traditional Piyo workout that incorporates fast paced cardio, yoga-flows, and body weight resistance strength training to help sculpt your entire body.This is a 30 sec. quick video from the segment Lower Body. Part 2.
I did this workout first because it resembles the #PIYO Classes that I will be teaching in September and I am putting the finishing touches on the full video review that I shot yesterday.
Piyo was the instrument that helped me recover from a back injury that put me "on my back" from Sept 2013 to March 2014!  I will always be grateful  to #ChaleneJohnson for creating this incredible program.
