3 Days to Refresh My Body – My Results


Why did I do the 3-Day Refresh?


I’ve been always a fan of cleaning out my body and I do it here and there. I was a vegan for a while (and now I am mostly vegetarian), so eating healthy is not so strange to me.

During the Summer months, I was not “behaving” well regarding my eating habits and when I heard that Beachbody was releasing a 3-Day body cleansing program, I saw an opportunity that I could not miss!


My thoughts


I was very surprised how easy it was for me to go through this 3-Day experience.

My biggest struggle was that I was too full! I thought I would be hungry all the time.

I had an opportunity to lose 4 lbs and 2 inches in my hips (this is huge for me).

I read about some people that lost 2bs and others up to 16 lbs!!! Crazy!

No matter how many ‘pounds you lose, you will learn a new discipline towards a healthier lifestyle.

You will feel so accomplished after you finish it, that you will want to do it again… and you know you will succeed!

Piyo Strength - Flow

One thing I missed the most while exercising, was stretching. I just kept going and going and my results were lack of flexibility and a low back problem.
Thanks to programs such as Piyo, I am stronger, flexible, and more prepared to enjoy my active days and to achieve more while performing more strenuous workouts.
The music is also incredible and Chalene Johnson's instructions are perfect.

Do one thing at a time

Focus and don't be anxious! When I do things without truly focusing my mind on them, I immediately decrease my strength to do the work before me and do it well. Everyday I have to pray for Focus, and the Lord answers me. If not, I can be anxious and I accomplish absolutely nothing! Thank you, Lord!
Philippians 4:6 "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done."

PIYO Strength- Sculpt- Lower Body Segment

Strength training without weights for 30 minutes! This is what Piyo SCULPT is all about. You will work your entire body without lifting weights. You will be surprised that just by using your own body weight, you will get a challenging workout and great results. This is just a 2-minute sample of the lower body portion of it. I hope you like it!!!



Piyo was the instrument that helped me recover from a back injury that put me “on my back” from Sept 2013 to March 2014! I will always be grateful to Chalene Johnson for creating this incredible program.
