Focus T25 Challenge- Week 7 Day 3- Rip't Circuit workout. Cardio, upper body, legs, abs in 25 minutes! I used heavy dumbbells but next week I will be using the Resistance Bands that came with the program. Incredible workout!  I was a little bit tired because I did T25 last night at our Santa  Monica Fit Club also. But I was determined to get it done this morning.
