Summer will be here soon and I want to invite you to get fit, eat healthier, and experience a new body and a new life. I have 3 Fitness Challenges coming up starting on May 13th. You will be working out from the comfort of your home. They are all based on the Kick or Sculpt or Dance concept. You choose if you want to Kick (using Les Mills Combat or Turbo Jam), if you want to Sculpt (using Les Mills Pump or P90X2), or if you want to Dance (using Shaun T's Dance pack that includes Hip-Hop Abs and Rockin' Body).
