Chalean Extreme Ab Burner first and then Burn Circuit 2. Doing Abs first is a sure way to get it done. I usually leave my Abs workout routine to the end and by that time I am pretty fried. I lifted some heavy weights today. What I love about this Chalean Extreme workout is that it is short, fun, and very challenging. In 50 minutes I got my abs, triceps, biceps, back, inner thigh and outer thigh done! I am feeling accomplished. Have a great day!
