"I Don't Know How to Get Started"

Happy New You! Are you stuck?
We all made our New Year's Resolutions and many of us are already failing... and this is only the first week!
We will be dealing with 4 common excuses that people use to avoid getting fit.
1- "I don't know how to get started"
2- "I'm too busy to work out"
3- “I’m too overweight to get in shape”
4- “I'm too old to work out"

Excuse #1: I don't know how to get started.
