Why don't I workout? Excuse #4- "I'm too old to workout!


Here is our last excuse for now. Age should not stop you. Make sure you consult your doctor and get an approval to start your workout program.

We've been dealing with the most common excuses why people quit or don't even get started with their exercise programs. Here they are:
1-  "I don't know how to get started"
2- "I'm too busy to work out"
3- “I’m too overweight to get in shape”
4- “I'm too old to work out"

"I Don't Know How to Get Started"

We all made our New Year's Resolutions and many of us are already failing... and this is only the first week!
