Piyo Strength - Flow

One thing I missed the most while exercising, was stretching. I just kept going and going and my results were lack of flexibility and a low back problem.
Thanks to programs such as Piyo, I am stronger, flexible, and more prepared to enjoy my active days and to achieve more while performing more strenuous workouts.
The music is also incredible and Chalene Johnson's instructions are perfect.

PIYO Strength- Sculpt- Lower Body Segment

Strength training without weights for 30 minutes! This is what Piyo SCULPT is all about. You will work your entire body without lifting weights. You will be surprised that just by using your own body weight, you will get a challenging workout and great results. This is just a 2-minute sample of the lower body portion of it. I hope you like it!!!

Piyo Strength - SWEAT - Lower Body Segment



#PiyoStrength- SWEAT: A traditional Piyo workout that incorporates fast paced cardio, yoga-flows, and body weight resistance strength training to help sculpt your entire body.This is a 30 sec. quick video from the segment Lower Body. Part 2.
I did this workout first because it resembles the #PIYO Classes that I will be teaching in September and I am putting the finishing touches on the full video review that I shot yesterday.

Today I had the pleasure to try my first #PiyoStrength DVD workout and it was exactly what I thought it would be: another masterpiece created by Chalene Johnson. Don't Slip Your Flexibility Workouts!

If you skip your flexibility workouts, you will find yourself injured some day... I did! I used to skip my flexibility workouts and for almost 4 months, I spent my time on my back, due to back injury. I need flexibility workouts so badly!
