I’m too busy to work out

Excuses, excuses, excuses! There are so many that can stop you on your tracks but when your body starts to "scream" for a change, you can not ignore the GET HEALTHY  message anymore.
We have been dealing with 4 common excuses that people use to avoid getting fit.
1- “I don’t know how to get started”
2- “I’m too busy to work out”
3- “I’m too overweight to get in shape”
4- “I’m too old to work out”
Today is excuse #2: I’m too busy to work out
