I need your help too! Let’s be accountable to one another- Fitness Challenge!

I usually workout very early in the morning or late in the evening. I decided to get as much work done this morning and for this reason I postponed my workout to the afternoon. What a big mistake! My body was not ready to move at 2pm. I was tired, hot, huffing and puffing, or as my daughter said: "you were gasping, Mom." With all that going against me, I finished my workout. It was hard but I did it! I just want encourage you to keep on going even when you think you can't. If you have to take a break here and there, do it! Be encouraged to listen to your body. Some days are better than others, but everyday is a "perfect day" to workout. I am accountable to a couple of people that are doing my September Beachbody Challenge Groups. We check on each other via email, private groups, texting, etc.
